About ImplicitEx
Web3 payments built around self-custody, transparent execution, and independently verifiable on-chain records.
ImplicitEx exists to make digital value transfer more transparent, more
accountable, and less dependent on unnecessary intermediaries.
Modern platforms and financial networks are useful, powerful, and often
necessary. But when access to commerce, identity, and audience becomes
locked inside systems that can be unilaterally revoked, individuals lose
continuity over relationships and resources they helped build.
ImplicitEx is a small step toward a more resilient model.
The broader promise of Web3 is user control: assets held by individuals,
transactions executed through wallets, and records that can be checked
independently instead of accepted on faith. ImplicitEx applies that
principle to USDC transfers by providing a clear transaction surface
without taking custody of user funds.
We do not aim to become the trust layer.
We aim to provide a transfer experience where the critical details can
always be verified: sender, recipient, amount, fee, network, approval
state, and final on-chain execution.
Users remain responsible for their own wallets, approvals, and
transaction decisions. ImplicitEx focuses on clarity, confirmation, and
verifiability so that direct value transfer is easier to understand and
easier to prove after the fact.
Your wallet, your keys, your decision. ImplicitEx never holds funds,
never stores seed phrases, and never controls access to your wallet.
Approvals and transfers require deliberate confirmation at each step.
After confirmation, completed on-chain transfers generally cannot be
reversed by ImplicitEx.
Every transfer moves through a public smart contract on Polygon. The
contract address, transaction hash, and fee structure are published
and independently verifiable.
Nothing about how ImplicitEx works depends on taking our word for it.
The fee is 1%, shown before confirmation. The recipient receives
the full amount you enter. ImplicitEx shows the platform fee before
confirmation and does not add a spread.
ImplicitEx currently operates on Polygon. Transfers are live and
verified on-chain. Funds move directly between wallets — ImplicitEx
never holds them.
ImplicitEx is built for a future where platforms remain useful, but
individuals retain continuity: control over their wallets, visibility into
their transactions, and the ability to verify value transfer without
depending entirely on any single intermediary.
