Before Writing
These resources answer the most common questions faster than email:
- FAQ and Learn — why two wallet confirmations, why the contract warning appears, how the fee works, what happens with a wrong address.
- Verification — contract address, treasury address, fee model, verified transaction record.
- Legal — platform boundaries, known limitations, what ImplicitEx does and does not do.
What to Include
If you're writing about a specific transaction, include the transaction hash and the approximate date and time. That allows us to look up the on-chain record directly.
If you're writing about a wallet connection issue, include the wallet type (MetaMask, WalletConnect, other) and a brief description of what you observed.
What We Cannot Help With
- Reversing a completed transfer. On-chain transactions are irreversible. ImplicitEx cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
- Recovering a wallet or private key. ImplicitEx does not hold private keys and has no access to user wallets.
- Providing financial, legal, or tax advice.
