These Terms govern use of the ImplicitEx public site and non-custodial wallet-to-wallet USDC transfer interface made available by Aden Media Group LLC.

Current Platform Status

ImplicitEx transfer execution is live on Polygon mainnet under a limited soft-launch scope. The active contract has been deployed, source-verified, and smoke-tested on-chain. Aden Media Group LLC may pause, limit, modify, or discontinue transfer availability as testing, legal review, security review, and production readiness work continue.

Screens, estimates, previews, and interface states do not mean that a live blockchain transaction has occurred. A blockchain transaction occurs only when a user signs a wallet transaction and the relevant network accepts and confirms it.

Non-Custodial Use

ImplicitEx is designed to be non-custodial. We do not hold user funds, do not control user wallets, do not store seed phrases, and do not have the ability to recover a user's wallet.

Users are responsible for their wallets, devices, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, browser extensions, token approvals, recipient addresses, transaction amounts, and wallet confirmations.

Transaction Risks

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Sending funds to the wrong address, using the wrong network, approving the wrong contract, signing a malicious request, using unsupported assets, or operating from a compromised device may result in permanent loss.

Network fees may be charged even if a transaction fails, is rejected, or is reverted. Block explorers, RPC providers, wallets, and network data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Platform Fee

ImplicitEx charges a 1% platform fee on each transfer. The platform fee is paid by the sender in addition to the transfer amount. For example, a transfer of 100 USDC results in a total sender debit of 101 USDC, excluding applicable blockchain network fees. The recipient receives the full 100 USDC transfer amount, and the 1 USDC platform fee is routed separately during contract execution.

Before approving a transaction, ImplicitEx displays the transfer amount, platform fee, and total debit. The total debit equals the transfer amount plus the platform fee and does not include Polygon network gas fees, which are displayed separately by the user's wallet.

During the current soft-launch period, transfers are limited to a maximum of 250 USDC per transaction. This limit may be changed, increased, reduced, or removed in future releases.

Security and Reliability

We work to make ImplicitEx as secure and reliable as practical through staged testing, contract tests, internal testing and security review where applicable, deployment gates, limited launch scope, source verification, role separation, monitoring, and incident-response planning.

Those efforts reduce risk but do not eliminate it. ImplicitEx is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the site, contracts, wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, block explorers, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every user environment.

A transaction that has been submitted to the Polygon network is not considered complete until it has been confirmed on-chain. Confirmation times may vary based on network conditions. ImplicitEx may display transaction status information, but does not control block production, network confirmation timing, or the operation of third-party blockchain infrastructure. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is irreversible.

Restricted Jurisdictions and Prohibited Users

Users may not use ImplicitEx from restricted jurisdictions, on behalf of restricted persons, or for transactions that violate sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering rules, counter-terrorist-financing rules, fraud laws, consumer-protection laws, or any other applicable law.

Jurisdictions restricted by platform policy currently include Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, the Donetsk region of Ukraine, the Kherson region of Ukraine, the Luhansk region of Ukraine, the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine, and any other comprehensively sanctioned or embargoed region. The current intended-availability list is maintained at Jurisdiction Availability.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ImplicitEx to:

• Commit fraud, theft, extortion, exploitation, or deception.
• Evade sanctions, export controls, or legal restrictions.
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or illicit finance.
• Attack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
• Misrepresent identity, authorization, location, or transaction purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImplicitEx, Aden Media Group LLC, and their operators, affiliates, service providers, and contributors are not liable for lost funds, failed transactions, delayed confirmations, wallet compromise, user error, network errors, third-party outages, incorrect transaction details, unavailable services, unsupported jurisdictions, regulatory restrictions, or other damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms, pause the platform, disable functionality, change supported jurisdictions, or modify the product as development, security, legal, operational, or compliance needs change.
