This policy describes the permitted and prohibited uses of ImplicitEx. Using ImplicitEx constitutes agreement to this policy.
What ImplicitEx Is
ImplicitEx is a non-custodial USDC transfer interface on Polygon. It is not a bank, exchange, custodian, broker, investment service, payment processor, or money transmitter. It provides a UI for users to execute wallet-to-wallet transfers directly on-chain.
Permitted Use
ImplicitEx may be used for:
- Sending USDC on Polygon between wallets the user controls or has authorization to transact with
- Paying for goods or services where the recipient has provided their address
- Contractor payments, invoice settlements, and business disbursements
- Family transfers and personal payments between known parties
- Donations to recipients who have published their address
- Test transfers within the soft-launch limits using wallets the user controls
Prohibited Use
ImplicitEx must not be used for:
- Illegal activity of any kind under applicable law
- Sanctions evasion — transacting with sanctioned persons, entities, or jurisdictions, including Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Crimea region, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, or any other comprehensively sanctioned region. See Jurisdiction Availability.
- Fraud or deception — misrepresenting the purpose, recipient, or nature of a transfer
- Money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements
- Terrorist financing or funding of prohibited organizations
- Drug or weapons trafficking or payment for prohibited goods or services
- Impersonation — claiming to represent ImplicitEx, another user, or any third party without authorization
- Unauthorized access — attempting to circumvent platform controls, exploit the smart contract, or interfere with other users
- Circumventing transfer limits — structuring multiple transactions to avoid platform limits
- Sending to addresses without authorization — transferring to addresses the user does not have authorization to send to
Platform Authority
ImplicitEx may suspend, restrict, pause, or refuse service where use appears to violate this policy, applicable law, or platform integrity. ImplicitEx has no obligation to restore access once suspended.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own legal compliance. This includes compliance with applicable tax law, financial regulations, and jurisdiction restrictions. This policy does not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation.
